#BREAKINGNEWS Post-Courier Online The Waigani National Court this afternoon found Moresby Northwest MP Lohia Boe Samuel and his co-accussed Febian Hera not guilty of wilful murder. Presiding judge, Justice David Cannings ruled that the State failed to prove that both men killed the victim, in that all States evidences were circumstancial.
